The Artworks Shop submits a written proposal to include project description, design and product suggestions, costs, project timeline and contract information.

Proposal Discussion … 1 Hour or more
The Artworks Shop discusses the proposal with you in detail. This is often a phone conversation.

Proposal Revision … Within 3 days of our Proposal Discussion
The Artworks Shop revises the proposal and resubmits to you the proposal, ready for Job Activation signatures and PO# information.

The Design Begins when all paperwork is complete, which includes signatures and PO#’s.

Step 2 - Name Your Cafe

Contest is Implemented … We Suggest 1 Week to Conduct the Contest
The Artworks Shop supplies you with a custom flyer to activate your school contest.

Step 3 - Design

First Presentation Review ... Designs are submitted Within 2 weeks after Signature Approval
The Artworks Shop uses design tools to superimpose graphics onto the photo-graphs taken at the Site Visit.
This will show you our vision and let us merge ideas. Logos, fonts, colors and graphics will presented for your review.

Signature of Approval is needed to start fabrication

Step 4 - Fabrication

Design Revisions … Within 1 to 2 weeks
The Artworks Shop revises your design accordingly and resubmits the final design, ready for fabrication.

Project Assignments … The Process varies depending on Project Scope - 2 to 4 weeks.
The Artworks Shop organizes the project and starts fabricating signs, graphics and other product components in our design house.

The Artworks Shop keeps you informed of all progress

Step 5 - Implementation

Paint Schedule … This Process may be1 day preparation, 2 to 3 days painting
The Artworks Shop coordinates a color consultation for the Painters. A schedule and timetable is made.

Sign Installation … This process varies according to the job scope - typical shifts 2 to 6 hours
