The Build-a-TrayTM program is an interactive game
that Children participate in,
while they walk through the lunch line and fill their lunch trays.
The shapes and colors represent the 5 food groups of the Food Pyramid - mypyramid.gov site.
They match and fill your 5 tray sections, with atleast 3 of the 5 food components,
required on your school lunch line.
This program is in tandem with Offer Verses Serve, using Traditional Food Based Menu
Planning and with the National School Lunch Program (NSLP).
