One of Michelle Obama's priorities is tackling childhood obesity. Type 1 diabetes and other childhood weight problems are connected to school lunch programs, lunch line design, and school cafeteria design. The build a tray program provides school lunch and food court makeovers, enhancing cafeteria design and complying with the National School Lunch Program and Offer versus Serve requirements.
